    • Answering phones, taking messages, maintaining calendar
    • Coordinating all travel arrangements, preparing and submitting expense reports.
    • Providing good judgment in monitoring and prioritizing information flow and meetings throughout the day
    • Pro-actively providing feedback internally and externally of changes in schedules and meetings
    • Maintaining department files
    • Managing all accounts payable procedures and invoices
    • Assisting in the distribution of reports and materials
    • Managing the office (i.e.: timesheets, ordering supplies, handling mail etc.)
    • Assisting with the preparation of projects and presentations
    • Assisting LA based SVP, Diversity & Inclusion as well as the NY based VP, Diversity & Inclusion


  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and the internet resources
  • Impeccable organizational skills
  • Extremely good with details
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks under pressure
  • Positive spirit and can do attitude
  • Ability to interact with individuals internally and externally at all levels
  • Ability to be pro-active, anticipate scheduling/organizational challenges and suggest solutions in a timely manner
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Working knowledge of and interest in social media
